Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes, all visits are by appointment only. To ensure a personalized experience and uninterrupted treatment, we do not accept walk-ins.
What if I’m running late or need to cancel?
If you’re running late, please notify us. Arrivals within 15 minutes are accepted, but anything beyond will require rescheduling. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. For package holders, late cancellations will result in one session being deducted from your package.
How long does the permanent makeup last?
Permanent makeup typically lasts 1.5 to 2 years. To ensure the best results and longevity, a touch-up session within 45 days of your initial treatment is essential. Skipping this step can shorten its lifespan.
